Cardiogenetics, the evolution of a discipline

Dear colleagues,
Dear friends,

To mark the fascinating development of the field of Cardiogenetics, and celebrate the academic career of Professor Arthur Wilde, who has been instrumental in its progress from the outset, we are organizing a symposium entitled: Cardiogenetics, the evolution of a discipline.

The symposium will be held on August 24, 2023, at the historical location Felix Meritis in the heart of Amsterdam, immediately preceding the ESC congress (which in 2023 will be held in Amsterdam). It will feature presentations by outstanding international researchers in the domain of cardiogenetics, who will take us from the birth of the discipline to the present day, reflecting on the progress that has been made in the care of families with inherited cardiac disorders, and addressing outstanding challenges and opportunities.

We invite you all to attend. Registration is free and is open to all, we advise early registration.
We look forward to seeing you there.
